1. If a user violates this “Agreement” or related service terms, resulting in any claim, demand, or loss (including reasonable attorney’s fees) brought by a third party, the user agrees to compensate ChatX and its partners to protect them from damage.
2. If normal service operation is affected by force majeure (such as technical failures), ChatX and its partners promise to cooperate with relevant parties for repair as soon as possible. However, ChatX and its partners are not responsible for any losses suffered by users as a result.
3. Users must understand that while using this service, they may encounter threatening, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content or behavior from others, or anonymous or misrepresented information that infringes on others’ rights (including intellectual property). Users bear these risks alone. ChatX makes no form of guarantee for this service, whether explicit or implied, including but not limited to guarantees regarding truthfulness of information, merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement. ChatX bears no responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from improper or illegal use of the service by users.
